    I walk most days 3 miles and finish with dancing! Keeps me balanced and happy! I also meditate daily as it removes the cob webs. Love to kayak and bike ride too! Love the water as I am a pisces/aquarius.

    A strict diet, gym 6 days a week, wound do 7 but must have a day of rest for body to heal. Drinks lots of water, laugh and dance a lot. Enjoy your temple it's all you'll get. Meditate such a good thing for mind body and soul

    I've been going to the gym 2-3 times a week for the last 25 years. But I only do a little bit of (necessary) weight lifting cause I find that extremely boring. You would usually find me in the Belly, Butt & Thighs or Aerobic classes with the ladies. It's more sociable, great music playing and a lot of fun.

    I eat healthy and love organic, I have been a vegetarian for about 2 years enjoying and learning how to replace meat with the correct nutrients and flavors so it still tastes good. I have an exercise room in my home and work out daily, if not I at least walk and it helps keep my head clear and focused. I love to be outside when I am not working. I ride my bike, walk, hike have done the Manitou Incline twice, ski and have completed a triathlon. I also love yoga, pilates and barre. Sometimes when I feel like I do not want to work out, I think to myself . . . now have you ever left a work out not feeling better than when you started and that helps motivate me!

    Currently, I do regular fastings between 14 and 24 hours. I used to do longer fastings and Keto diet but now I'm bulking up and trimming down a bit so I'm doing low fat and very high protein diet. I do cardio at 6:30am and strength in the gym in the evening :-) I ride my bike early in the mornings too.

    I try and exercise 5x a week, even if it's just walking my dog a couple of miles around the neighborhood. I love yoga, swimming, kayaking, dancing, riding bikes, and hiking. I really miss playing sports. I used to be a "gym rat", but I find the gym so boring and monotonous at this point in my life. I'd love to get back into kick boxing and martial arts. Want to spar together?

    I am very intentional about my health and fitness and although admittedly I could eat better - I rarely miss a day without working out. It is not so much a fanaticism - rather - I just feel more positive for the rest of the day (I work out early in the morning) if I complete my workout. I would enjoy long walks or hikes with someone - beaches / mountains / or just sidewalks or paths- it is all could. How about we go over to Europe and hike the Alps?

    My treadmill and gardening. I used to be an avid water skier. I enjoy snorkeling and SNUBA. I like to dance but even after living over 25 years in the Houston, TX area I still don't know how to Two-Step. But I love to Greek dance as I grew up doing that.
