I found what I did well, and hired others that were better. Being flexible and realizing everything changes, everyone has problems, we all have challenges, but frankly, managers must work for their employees, not the other way around. As President and owner of a large company, my job was to solve problems and make sure my personnel could do their work as easily and enjoyably as they could. I worked for my staff, not the other way around. Their families, and careers came first, and the rest; money, clients, growth, success, took care of themselves. Some personnel don't fit in your company, cut quick, and invest in the good ones, heavily.

With a DNA with skills & talents, I applied myself assiduously. Had to recover from exhaustion, by letting go of pain with a learned lesson. Pushed forward again! It was an act of God(miracle) for me coming to the USA from a European Communist country, ~47 years ago.

I made my money the old fashioned way,I robbed a bank. I must say I have a lot of integrity in whatever it is that I do. I truly care about the product the service as well as the whole process. If it's not right it will keep me up at night. I was in the automobile business for 30 years. I've been in the real estate business for many years as well. Very passionate with design and construction.

100% talent, a gift from heavens above. Right from my childhood I knew I only wanted to write songs. Grateful every day to be blessed in such a way. "Gratitude turns what you already have into enough".

I'm a 30 year overnight success story. No brilliant "aha" moment. Just built a good team and worked at it. As an investor I fail most of the time but my successes are big. So I minimize the failures and try to get out. Then ride the occasional Apple or Alibaba long as I can. I've been blessed with some amazing timing as an investor. Humility helps. Being a Christian makes me better understand my place in the world and appreciate my blessings. Even if you're not religious, ask me and I would love to explain why even a little faith makes a man a far better dating candidate.

Someone forgot to provide this Swedish blonde an Easy Button...instead this self-made beauty has spent years of dedication and hard work. Fundraising events have always balanced me. Grateful to be an American in a country of endless opportunity!

I am in Sales, I have started and sold several companies over the years. I truly enjoy the challenge of putting a transaction together and getting to the closing table! Success is not handed to anyone, let alone a woman in a man's dominated world!! I grew up with 5 brothers, little did I know they were training me every single moment to compete and find my own! I thank and LOVE them all so very much for that!

I've reached this point in my life because of a strong work ethic and refusing to give up. I also wouldn't be who I am or where I am along without family and friends that love me and believe in me! Lastly, I think that fear of the unlived life drives me to succeed.

I am constantly learning - a successful business is nothing more than finding a solution for a problem that someone has. Placing the interests of those you are serving ahead of your own - while it may not be the "norm" - as Zig Ziglar used to say: "You can have everything in life that you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want" My best quality in business is creating teams, utilizing those with special skill sets and then getting out of their way to do what they do best.

I worked hard and diligently. I LOVED my work but I LOVED my students more. To think I may have helped mold a life and/or career is very humbling. I do miss teaching in the medical field but love my life now. A win-win!

I studied hard and graduated in chemical engineering from the University of Mississippi. Immediately upon graduating, I went to work for a major oil & gas company where I had a successful 32-year career. I saved, retired early, and moved to Florida. Now consulting part-time.

It's simple people skills. I'm in the business of making people feel good and look good. I'm kind, honest and I'm a good listener. Im sure to let them know that it is all about them. Appointments are never interrupted. Sometimes, I'm funny.
